Service Cancellation
If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation or service:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee

Refund Policy
Refunds for services are considered on a case-by-case basis:
- If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of service completion
- We will review your request and work with you to resolve any concerns
- Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 10-14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
Digital Content
Due to the nature of digital content and design materials:
- Digital downloads and design files are generally non-refundable once delivered
- If you experience technical issues accessing digital content, we will work to resolve the problem
- In cases of defective or incorrect files, we will provide replacement files or a refund
Consultation Services
For design consultation services:
- If a consultation does not meet your expectations, please contact us to discuss your concerns
- We may offer a follow-up consultation or partial refund depending on the circumstances
- All consultation materials and recommendations provided remain the property of Attractiveretail
Processing Time
Refund processing times:
- Refund requests are typically reviewed within 3-5 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 10-14 business days
- Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution
Exceptions
The following situations may not be eligible for refunds:
- Services that have been fully completed and delivered as agreed
- Custom design work that has been approved and implemented
- Services cancelled after completion
- Refund requests made more than 30 days after service completion
