Service Cancellation

If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation or service:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee

Refund Policy

Refunds for services are considered on a case-by-case basis:

• If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of service completion
• We will review your request and work with you to resolve any concerns
• Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 10-14 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used

Digital Content

Due to the nature of digital content and design materials:

• Digital downloads and design files are generally non-refundable once delivered
• If you experience technical issues accessing digital content, we will work to resolve the problem
• In cases of defective or incorrect files, we will provide replacement files or a refund

Consultation Services

For design consultation services:

• If a consultation does not meet your expectations, please contact us to discuss your concerns
• We may offer a follow-up consultation or partial refund depending on the circumstances
• All consultation materials and recommendations provided remain the property of Attractiveretail

Processing Time

Refund processing times:

• Refund requests are typically reviewed within 3-5 business days
• Approved refunds are processed within 10-14 business days
• Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution

Exceptions

The following situations may not be eligible for refunds:

• Services that have been fully completed and delivered as agreed
• Custom design work that has been approved and implemented
• Services cancelled after completion
• Refund requests made more than 30 days after service completion
